Working at Sonder
As a Software Engineer at Sonder, you will face an incredible breadth of problems, such as:
Building internal tools to help our Operations teams on the ground
Crafting immersive booking experiences on our public facing website
Supporting our Data Science team in designing a data infrastructure to aid in developing mathematical models for forecasting revenue
You'll have the opportunity, from day one, to dive deep on a variety of projects that you find interesting. We need engineers who aren’t afraid to attack deep technical challenges as well as have a meaningful role in product development.
Our backend infrastructure is primarily built in Rails with some projects written in Javascript and Python, but we're really just looking for the brightest engineers to contribute to our high-performance culture. We'd love to hear from you if:
You have experience with Rails, ES6, or React.js/Redux
You love solving difficult product problems
You're empathetic to the needs of others
You have a history of being a fast-learner
